Lee was professional, well mannered and an exceptional service advisor! I appreciated the use of the loaner in order to make my next appointment. Lee's genuine care and concern was greatly valued. I was schedule for oil change and tire rotation. They indicated it would take 2 hours. It took 4 hours.
