I was there for an oil change and tire rotation which was prepaid. As I found out I also needed other fluid changes based on exceeding 30.000 miles costing around $900. I was not made aware in advance that I prepaid. As I found out I also needed other fluid changes based on exceeding 30.000 miles costing around $900. I was not made aware in advance that I will need this. Also, I purchased a 4 year oil change and tire rotation for around $1.400 when I purchased the car. For this service, I received a credit for the prepaid services of a little less that $50. Looking at this from and equitable standpoint, I will not purchase this extra package the next time I purchase another Acura. Also, I did not get a complimentary car wash upon completion of the service I received. Thanks More

Dropped my car off the night before for a recall appt the next morning. Received a video explaining the inspection results and recommendations, and car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Only issue I have is that the recall stated the service would only take 15 minutes and it would have been more efficient if I could have brought it in, had it done at the appointed time, and been done instead of having to leave it and get someone to meet me there there and drive me home, then have someone drive me back to pick it up, very inconvenient!
