Called back the phone number provided on 07/18/23 at 4:55pm to speak with GM as requested. The auto call states to press 5 for other departments, once I did it just rang and then sent me back into the answering queue! I then hung up and called back again and was connected to Nick in sales. He attempted to get the GM on the phone while I’m writing this response and now after 8 minutes on hold I’m going to hang up. The message is LOUD AND CLEAR! AutoNation Acura does not have the principles-moral-values to respect the concerns of the consumer…SAD!:-(
