Had an issue with a car I bought 1 hour after driving it off the lot (the engine pan was falling off the car). Called the dealer to tell them about the problem and they tried to tell me I had caused the pr off the lot (the engine pan was falling off the car). Called the dealer to tell them about the problem and they tried to tell me I had caused the problem and would not help to fix it. It ended up costing me money to fix it, which is not what you want right after buying a car. I left a review here and they wrote back asking me to call the general manager so they could make it right. I called, left a message and they never called back. Avoid these people they are dishonest. SERIOUSDuring the Sale Process of buying a Ford F150 we SERIOUS During the Sale Process of buying a Ford F150 we had to literally wait for 8 hours to complete the process WITHOUT being able to receive t SERIOUS During the Sale Process of buying a Ford F150 we had to literally wait for 8 hours to complete the process WITHOUT being able to receive the vehicle I purchased After a week I finally received the vehicle and notice something wrong with the tires I was told to drive it a week to let the warranty kick in The tires (all four) gave out DURING A TRIP OUT OF STATE (THEY PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER) We had to replace the tires to drive the truck home $1000 AutonNation will not accept responsibility for the tires as they were already replaced NEXT the water line burst and we called AutoNation to get it fixed I only got voicemails and no available scheduling appointment possible with an in-person visit (they are backlogged) I had to pay someone else to replace the water line in order to drive the vehicle (I do need to work) No one will call me back- I cant schedule online-I cant drive up in person NO ONE WILL ACCEPT THE WARRANTY TERMS TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY- AutoNation will not respond to BBB Complaints AND I AM NOW STUCK WITH A MONEY PIT!!!!!! SIMPLE TRUTH AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY FOR TRASH! More
