Juliana is a credit to you organization, she is very knowledgeable about my vehicle MDX and shares this without hesitation, also if there’s anything that she needs clearing up she have the answer before knowledgeable about my vehicle MDX and shares this without hesitation, also if there’s anything that she needs clearing up she have the answer before one finishes your appointment. My only issues is with auto nations exorbitant prices for services that can be easily find with outside services at a substantial less !!! More

Had an appointment and waited 15 minutes to begin check in. 3 hours later problem diagnosed…no loaner car available until after determining parts not available. Staff is friendly but service seemed much in. 3 hours later problem diagnosed…no loaner car available until after determining parts not available. Staff is friendly but service seemed much slower then in the past. Last two service visits ended in $1200 repair bill for vehicle with 75,000 miles. More
