Purchased a used 2023 Infiniti from this location. Car was presented with 2 key fobs, advertised with having 2 key fobs and we took delivery with 2 key fobs. One key fob was not responding to the vehi Car was presented with 2 key fobs, advertised with having 2 key fobs and we took delivery with 2 key fobs. One key fob was not responding to the vehicle and was told the battery just needs to be changed. We took their word and continued with the purchase of the vehicle. Took the vehicle to Infiniti to have the battery changed to the second fob and have it reprogrammed to the vehicle. Come to find out the second fob doesn't even belong to the vehicle we purchased and was quoted close to $600 to get a new fob and blade cut. Called the Acura location to let them know and was basically told they are only guaranteed to give us one key with a used car and there was nothing they can do or wanted to do. The car was being sold with 2 keys, advertised with having 2 keys and I took delivery with 2 keys and now they don't want to take responsibility for selling a vehicle with an incorrect key. More
