Another great visit to my local Acura dealership. I've developed a relationship with my service advisor, who ensures my MDX is correctly maintained. I've worked in IT for many years. I was very impressed when I receive a "video" from the technician showing me the issue with my MDX. This made it much easier to make a decision based on the contents of a video rather than a verbal discussion with a service advisor. More

I was having trouble with my RDX transmission and made an appointment to have it looked at. I was greeted by Juliana the service advisor upon arrival.
