I wanted a vehicle that had all the bells and whistles without the outrageous monthly payment. I went in with a 2012 Lexus RX 350 base model. Both we professional, knowledgable and treated me with respect. I traded in my lexus for the Acura TL Advance Package. The interior is gorgeous, the exterior is sleek and the car is loaded! I was able to upgrade features in the TL and still pay a lower price than the base model Lexus. The car is a real beauty with all the extras (gorgeous wheel package to boot). I love it! There were things about the process did not go so smoothly (insurance company) and everyone I dealt with at Frankel was extremely helpful and in constant contact with me to make sure that everything was ready when I came to pick the car up.
