Came here for my first oil change/tire rotation service for my 2023 MDX. Service was excellent. The missing 5th star is because of all of the construction and renovations on-site. I called previously regar for my 2023 MDX. Service was excellent. The missing 5th star is because of all of the construction and renovations on-site. I called previously regarding brief instructions about dropping off my car the night before. I was told to just drop my key into the drop box. I thought, "ok, just go there tomorrow and look for the drop-box". When I got there, it was difficult to find where to drop my key off as there was temporary trailers all around so I searched the premises a few times to find the key drop off. Finally found it. It wasn't easy to find as it was a bit discreet. But nonetheless, mission complete. While the car was being worked on, I was told I had a nail in the side wall in one of my tires that I know for sure came from that parking lot (construction site) as I routinely check my tire pressure bi-weekly/monthly because of my past history with my old car and tires leaking air. My former car and wheels made me paranoid so I picked up that new habit. Anyway, I was ok with that because I did have the Wheel & Tire Protection package which saved me from paying $450+ on the spot for a new tire. Thank God I decided to purchase that plan! Service was great though. No knock on that. Andrew Marks kept me informed while working on my vehicle. He was thorough going through everything that was done to my car as well as explaining the results of the multi-point vehicle inspection. It was a good experience. I would definitely return to AutoNation Acura Hunt Valley for my next service appointment...by that time, the building should be fully renovated and no nails on the lot ;) More
