My husband and I heard about the special financing and just thought we would stop by and take a look. I had purchased a 2003 TL-S from Frankel in May of 2002, and although I had an accident and had to trade it in for another car, my TL is still my favorite car to this day. Back when I had all the issues with the insurance company,Frankel took great care of me, did everything in their power to take care of my needs, and I have nothing but positive memories of my experience. So when I paid off my Honda CR-V, I had an itch for a new car and the special financing made me even more curious. I sent in an internet price request and Adrienne Jones responded. My husband returned the call and spoke with Adrienne and Frank Wilfong. We arranged to come by and speak with them some time on Saturday(its was very bizzy). We were greeted immediately, taken back to Franks office and explained our situation. Back in 2009, we had to file bankruptcy after my husband lost his job. He has since secured a great job and we have worked hard to get back on our feet. We were upfront and honest about our circumstances and never felt judged. We filled out a financial disclosure form and Ralph began the process of qualifying us. Adrienne and Frank then went about finding the right car. We originally felt the new Forged Silver was not the color for us, but after test driving the Black, White, and Charcoal decided we preferred the silver. We made these guys work; I tend to be very particular, ask alot of questions, and take a very long while to make decisions. Adrienne and Frank were so patient with me. After much deliberation where there was no pressure, no haggling, no uncertainties, no long waits, we finally chose the Forged Silver with Technology package. I never felt they were trying to upsale me but all the information they gave me made perfect sense. We drove away that night and have had no regrets or buyers remorse whatsoever. We even went back several times to have Frank help with the bluetooth integration and help us with the navigation system. Poor Frank must be the most patient person, He helped two self-proclaimed techno-phobes understand and even went the extra mile to sort through some cell phone issues that weren't his responsibility. He went several extra miles. As did each and every staff member. Many people remembered us from back in the day when I owned my original TL. They even remembered specifics about my first TL that I had forgotten. We are so glad we chose to purchase our new TL from Frankel. I have and will continue to tell everyone about my wonderful experiences. We have owned so many cars, many other luxury brands including Mercedes and Lexus, and have never had such an enjoyable experience as we did with the friends at Frankel. More

Dennis assured me repairs could be made, The manager Terry jumped in and changed the script. No discount, No repairs, If we do not want it as is leave! Someone else will buy it! WOOAH ! In my 56 years on this earth have never been treated so poorly. Spend your money elseware. I was able to locate a similar car and save over two thousand dallors at Rosenthal Acura. More
I just bought a 2011 MDX from Frankel Acura and they were outstanding. I sent an email to inquire about price and options. The vehicle I wanted was not easy to find with the color and options combination, so they tracked one down and made arrangements to have it delivered. Of the 10 cars i have bought from dealerships in my lifetime, this had to be the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had. From Paul Z in Sales to people in the Finance department and the Serivce Department (I had some extra options added after the purchase). I was recommended to Frankel Acura by a friend because of their great service. I will be following suit and sending anyone I know that wants an Acura to Frankel Acura. More

While I was very upset to see the damage I was thrilled to learn that it could be repaired by their in house painter(Jason Schulze) in 1 day for less than my insurance deductible. They gave me a loaner car and the next day not only was my service done but my bumper looked like new again and I didn't need to file an insurance claim. I recommend this service to everyone. Excellent job. More
Sales process was OK, not hard sell, but the contract price kept changing. Small amounts, but enough to make me uneasy. The battery was dead since it had been there so long, and it had 60 miles on it already. Descriptions from the Sales person on the tech features were inaccurate and do not work the way I was told they would. After the sales process there is no customer service or help. The woman in the title department was particularly unhelpful. I was sent a letter from the MVA that I was going to be fined for lack of insurance on my car that I traded in to them. I have never had this issue on any other dealer. I was told it was my problem. BMW would have handled it in a heartbeat...and apologized to me for the inconvenience. The MDX I bought has huge blind spots and the instruments in the dash are positioned badly as you have to crane your neck to see the fuel indicator while driving. I would not recommend this dealership, I also wouldn't recommend the MDX More

Steve was very knowledgeable of the Acura TSX, and had an answer for every question I had. He was very courteous throughout the entire process. After visiting the dealership in person, and performing additional research online, I realized that Frankel did not have the exact vehicle I wanted with the manual transmission. Not only was Steve able to locate the vehicle I wanted from a nearby dealership, he was able to work with me on the price of the vehicle, until I was comfortable with the final cost. When I came in to purchase the vehicle, the process was fairly expedient, and I was not pressured to purchase additional accessories, warranties, and the like. More
