In my 56 years on this earth have never been treated so poorly. Spend your money elseware. I was able to locate a similar car and save over two thousand dallors at Rosenthal Acura. More
I just bought a 2011 MDX from Frankel Acura and they were outstanding. I sent an email to inquire about price and options. The vehicle I wanted was not easy to find with the color and options combination, so they tracked one down and made arrangements to have it delivered. Of the 10 cars i have bought from dealerships in my lifetime, this had to be the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had. From Paul Z in Sales to people in the Finance department and the Serivce Department (I had some extra options added after the purchase). I was recommended to Frankel Acura by a friend because of their great service. I will be following suit and sending anyone I know that wants an Acura to Frankel Acura. More

While I was very upset to see the damage I was thrilled to learn that it could be repaired by their in house painter(Jason Schulze) in 1 day for less than my insurance deductible. They gave me a loaner car and the next day not only was my service done but my bumper looked like new again and I didn't need to file an insurance claim. I recommend this service to everyone. Sales process was OK, not hard sell, but the contract price kept changing. Small amounts, but enough to make me uneasy. I had to pay a delivery charge to drive the car up from Annapolis, and it turned price kept changing. Small amounts, but enough to make me uneasy. The battery was dead since it had been there so long, and it had 60 miles on it already. Descriptions from the Sales person on the tech features were inaccurate and do not work the way I was told they would. After the sales process there is no customer service or help. The woman in the title department was particularly unhelpful. I was sent a letter from the MVA that I was going to be fined for lack of insurance on my car that I traded in to them. I have never had this issue on any other dealer. I was told it was my problem. BMW would have handled it in a heartbeat...and apologized to me for the inconvenience. The MDX I bought has huge blind spots and the instruments in the dash are positioned badly as you have to crane your neck to see the fuel indicator while driving. I would not recommend this dealership, I also wouldn't recommend the MDX More

Steve was very knowledgeable of the Acura TSX, and had an answer for every question I had. He was very courteous throughout the entire process. After visiting the dealership in person, and performing additional research online, I realized that Frankel did not have the exact vehicle I wanted with the manual transmission. Not only was Steve able to locate the vehicle I wanted from a nearby dealership, he was able to work with me on the price of the vehicle, until I was comfortable with the final cost. When I came in to purchase the vehicle, the process was fairly expedient, and I was not pressured to purchase additional accessories, warranties, and the like. More
