My wife and I were promptly greeted (even at 6:00pm on a Thursday) and attended by Frank Wilfong who showed us "his favorite" car. Now, it's my favorite car. Two days later, the car was ready for delivery at a time which was convenient for us and Frank showed us more about what the car can do. He even programmed the home link for us and down-loaded my cell phone contact list into the car for me. Frank followed-up promtly with my insurance agent to make sure all necessary information was provided. It has been an enjoyable experience. More

I had a great experience with Paul/Frankel. My car was totaled in an accident and I was reluctant to purchase a new car on short notice. I was attempting to buy this vehicle almost a year and a half ago. I called back to my salesman and asked him to make a 14 month old deal good again. Bought a 2012 Acura TSX Sport Wagon. The entire process was a pleasure. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and not high pressure. Buying a new car is both fun and stressful. I am one of the millions of consumers who likens the car buying experience to the root canal experience (minus the Novacaine)...long, arduous and perpetually painful! Needless to say, I was BEYOND PLEASED buying experience to the root canal experience (minus the Novacaine)...long, arduous and perpetually painful! Needless to say, I was BEYOND PLEASED when my experience at Frankel Acura proved to be quite the opposite! My family and I did a leisurely drive-by on Saturday and was warmly greeted by Dennis Kinsey. We decided to do a test drive and Dennis used the time to assess our needs in a car as well as to convey the many features and attributes of the SUV (there were many and he knew them all!). Afterward, we decided that we would not be purchasing that day, and Dennis thanked us and asked that if we decided to come back, to please give him a call. What??? no pushy sales pitch??? No "you're making a big mistake!"??? Nothing. So, I called him back and returned to the dealership on Monday. Again, I was warmly greeted by Dennis who asked about my family members by name - a very nice touch! I then went on a second test drive and decided now was the time. I stated my requirements which Dennis conveyed accurately and clearly to the finance manager. Then the dreaded words, "my finance manager will be in to see you." Uh oh...here comes the root canal! But, I am proud to say, I was wrong again. Sisto was knowledgeable, reasonable fair, and respectful of my demands. Twenty to thirty minutes later, we received the call in Dennis' office...mu offer was acceptable. The entire GLORIOUS process was barely two hours - from test drive to driving away! Now, I am the proud owner of an Acura MDX and can profoundly claim that there are salesmen that are as kind and geniune as they are knowledgeable and informative because I've met one, Mr. Dennis Kinsey! Not only would I recommend him, I already have! More
