Adrienne Jones was the internet sales representative that I first dealt with and she was excellent. She was very prompt, attentive, and friendly. I was paired up with Rob Davey for my test drive and the remainder of the sales process; he was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested and was very thorough in pointing out all of the features. He was easy to work with and went out of his way to come in to the dealership at a time that would best suit me to pick up the car. There were things about the process did not go so smoothly (insurance company) and everyone I dealt with at Frankel was extremely helpful and in constant contact with me to make sure that everything was ready when I came to pick the car up. Everyone was great to work with and made my first car buying experience a good one. More

I considered buying a different brand of car but my brief experience with another sales consultant at the other dealer and the answers I was getting about service made me realize that I would not be happy. Friendly, very knowledgeable sales person backed up by a solid sales and service organization. During this purchase, though, there could have been better communication between the service people who were in solid sales and service organization. This is the second car I've purchased from Frankel Acura, and I plan on being a repeat customer once again in the future. Mr. Wilfong spent his entire day answering every question I had, and he did everything he could to make it a good experience. More
