Adrienne Jones was the internet sales representative that I first dealt with and she was excellent. She was very prompt, attentive, and friendly. I was paired up with Rob Davey for my test drive and the remainder of the sales process; he was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested and was very thorough in pointing out all of the features. He was easy to work with and went out of his way to come in to the dealership at a time that would best suit me to pick up the car. There were things about the process did not go so smoothly (insurance company) and everyone I dealt with at Frankel was extremely helpful and in constant contact with me to make sure that everything was ready when I came to pick the car up.
