I had contacted Paul several months ago through e-mail regarding a used car (that was sold before I could see it), and he continued to keep me informed when incoming used vehicles meeting my specification regarding a used car (that was sold before I could see it), and he continued to keep me informed when incoming used vehicles meeting my specifications came into the dealership. He was informative, friendly, and honest in all dealings with me. He advised me that a vehicle within my specifications had just been traded in at the dealership, and I jumped on the opportunity. I ended up purchasing this vehicle, and the process wss handled professionally and efficiently. I did not have to spend much time at the dealership as much of the paperwork was handled through e-mail messages. I am very happy with my vehicle (3rd Acura purchsse - this was my first used car purchase), and I intend to have the service work done at this dealership based on my experiences thus far. I wanted a vehicle that had all the bells and whistles without the outrageous monthly payment. I went in with a 2012 Lexus RX 350 base model. Wanted to upgrade to something with the navigation system and Lexus wasn't willing to work with me, so I stopped by Frankel Acura, first met Ralph Rybicki, the Sales Manager, who was great then Rob Davey, my sales associate. Both we professional, knowledgable and treated me with respect. I traded in my lexus for the Acura TL Advance Package. The interior is gorgeous, the exterior is sleek and the car is loaded! I was able to upgrade features in the TL and still pay a lower price than the base model Lexus. The car is a real beauty with all the extras (gorgeous wheel package to boot). I love it!
