I thought that I wanted a TL. After test driving 2 vehicles (not a TL), I was impressed with the RDX. I wanted the one on the show room floor. The transaction went very smoothly and quickly to my surprise. I am hooked. The only car that I will buy is an Acura and only at Frankel Acura. Thanks for a great experience. More

We traveled from Pennsylvania because of the great selection at Frankel. Mark Winter went above and beyond our expectations...we highly recommend the dealership and the salesperson. I went to Frankel Acura looking to purchase a 2013 Acura TSX. I experienced some obvious salemanship at the other two dealerships and came to Frankel expecting the same. Doug was the salesman who help me and his no non-sense approach made the purchase a painless process. He understood that I did not appreciate the time-wasting tactics experienced at other dealerships and worked diligently to arrive at the deal I wanted. Doug even offered to pick me up from Carmax when I told him I needed to sell my old car. I have previously purchased a couple of cars and found the process to be frustrating and time consuming. Doug and Frankel Acura have definitely changed my view of the car purchasing process. It can be efficient and responsive to your needs in a car. I will definitely return to Frankel Acura for my next car purchase and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. More

We were greeted warmly upon our arrival at the dealership by Joe. We already knew that we were interested in the MDX, and he was sure to walk us through the car on the showroom floor. He was knowledgeable and shared the differences between the two models we were considering, and didn't try to up-sell us on the more expensive version. We went out for a test drive and when we told him what we wanted to pay (based on pricing we had received from another dealer) he was able to accommodate our request, without a lot of back-and-forth with the finance guys that we had experienced at other dealerships. The paperwork was quick and the process was seamless. We love our new car and Joe was a pleasure to work with. We'll be back to check out our options when our other (non-Acura) lease comes up next fall, and hope to work with Joe again. Kimberly & Jason W. More
Either they did not know enough about their service methods or they did know and prevaricated.
