So, when we told her that we wanted to get a new car, she strongly suggested that we should go to see an Acura at Frankel Acura in Baltimore. About 10 days ago, we went to Frankel dealership to see the car. Mr. Mark Winter, a soft spoken, friendly and knowledgeable gentleman, met with us, showed us different cars, accompanied us for a test drive and patiently explained to us all the new technologies that come with the new car. After we decided to get an Acura TL SH-AWD with advance package which they did not have any in the lot, although it was very late in the afternoon, Ms. Adrienne Jones, a very nice, friendly and helpful person, immediately, by using internet, searched all the nearby dealerships and found one that is the right color for us. The next day, the friendly sales manager, Mr. Ralh Rybicki, worked out the cost of the car. We did not have to negotiate the price with him because it was a great buy for us. We picked up our new car three days ago. Mr. winter spent more than two hours in helping us to set up and handle the new car and Mr. Scott Donaldson, the kind service manager, met with us to make sure we are satisfied with all the accessories that he has installed free of charge. After we were back to Morgantown, both Mr. winter and Mr. Rybicki called and wrote to us to make sure that we do not have any problems with our new car and that we are happy with our purchased. I am glad we bought a new Acura TL from Frankel Acura in Baltimore. We have purchased more than 12 new cars but this is the most delightful experience in geting a new car. More

We proudly owned Acuras from Frankel and have always need pleased with the car and with the service we always receive from Frankel. Once we got word that the car was going to be totaled, we didn't think twice and went back to Frankel to purchase another Acura. Mark was there with a wealth of knowledge as always, and remembered my husband right away. As expected, my husband came home was a wonderful new Acura for a great price! Although our purchase came under unfortunate circumstances, the experience was great yet again and we couldn't be happier with car. I also took my Acura back to learn some more about how to use the features on my tech package in my car, and Mark took whatever time I needed to understand and feel comfortable using my options when I left.
