The loaner process was extremely slow, it took me approximately 45 minutes after my 7:30 appointment to secure my loaner car and leave the dealership. Additionally, the loaner car (suv) was dirty inside and out when given to me. The actual service itself was fine and the pickup of my car took maybe 5 minutes. But the drop off process was very poor and needs to be faster. More

Lengthy Wait Time Was told it would take 1.5 hr. It exceeded. I had to ask for an update, they told me all was set they were just waiting for my keys to be brought up. Was told it would take 1.5 hr. Good service but found grease on interior. Prompt service and the waiting area was comfortable. Only issue was finding grease on driver’s seat, steering wheel and door panel. Oil consumption test After multiple attempts to document the oil usage of my 2014 mdx we finally were able to prove that it was burning over a quart in 1000 miles. Quick service delivered on time Good service but- I neglected to apply an e-mail generated coupon for 15% off service and the dealership charged me full price. When I called back to see if the 15% could be applied to my credit card I was told the transaction was closed and nothing more could be done and I could use it next time. More
