I received excellent service from Service Representative, Jon Marmaras. Mr. Marmaras always assists with setting up my service appointment and carefully explains the needed service and time frame for complet Jon Marmaras. I was very disappointed to experience how unwelcoming we felt during our whole visit. There was barely any communication. When I asked about it first I was told it was for the service bridges. Than he said it was just an extra fee. We never agreed on this. And also aä extra fee to service a car. When you already pay them 220 dollars for some oil and filters? They just want to make some extra money and they are never communicating about this. Will never go there again. Will place reviews on every platform. In the end they didn't even wash of vacuum the car. More
Parts and Service are way overpriced, so are the vehicles. They are above other dealership's pricing and the market. They never match other Acura's pricing because they are the only Acura dealership vehicles. They are above other dealership's pricing and the market. Very attentive, friendly, and overall just a very stress free experience. Knocking 1 star off only bc I received multiple emails with incentive offers prior to getting calls from my sales person.
