Very attentive, friendly, and overall just a very stress free experience. Knocking 1 star off only bc I received multiple emails with incentive offers prior to getting calls from my sales person. Brought my 2020 MDX in for a CMBS light- Was told that if it was someone else worked on it or it was an accident it would not be covered. They charge $175 for the pleasure-Not only would I not recommend the service shop I will not be signing a new lease at the P1 auto group Maybe if get extra lucky Jon will also yell at you how he would rather not have to deal with you and go pick his kid up form school More
