My experience with the service center was terrible to say the least. Communication was very poor. After having my car for two days the dealership still could not diagnose the issue properly and tried to come the least. Communication was very poor. After having my car for two days the dealership still could not diagnose the issue properly and tried to come up with other issues as the cause. I took my car to another service center where the issue was found in a few hours and fixed the same day. I will never go back to AutoNation Acura. This is the second bad experience I have had with them and I will never purchase or service a car with them in the future. More

I purchased my car at the end of the lease. I was going to lease a new car but was only offered the residual value on a new lease.
