I have dealt with this dealership in past but it seems to have changed under new ownership. My lease was up but was unable to lease a new car and purchased my present car. The transaction took a unreasonable amount of time to complete , I was kept waiting over 2 hours. The sales person was helpful and apologized for the delay but it was not her fault. I never had a problem in the past, bought 3 cars here and always returned for service.
