I had my car serviced. The customer service was excellent & the turnaround time was even better. However, the atmosphere was less than mediocre. The other dealerships waiting room is nice size with cell phone chargers , tvs, variety of snack, nice coffee maker w/ variety, chips. Hunt Valley had water (warm) & diet coke. The coffee machine looked like one in a mechanic shop. The waiting room is small and looks like a mechanic shop waiting room. Hunt valley step up. Love the customer service. More
