Have had so many bad experiences here. Purchased a new 2024 MDX 12/2024 from Hunt Valley Acura. Never received tags or any other paperwork. After 2 weeks & on my 8th call (I left 7 messages with no call back) I finally got to talk with a manag Never received tags or any other paperwork. We had to park the MDX because the temp tags had expired and the dealership forgot to process our paperwork. The paperwork that they charge $800 to do. I could have done it in 15 min @ DMV, but they wont allow that. We were also promised an owners manual as it had been removed from the glove box. I have given up on that & will end up paying $100 for one off of Ebay. Very disappointed that such simple tasks turned out to be an issue for this dealership.. There are Acura dealers everywhere, go elsewhere. More

If it were possible to put negative stars I would. I purchased my vehicle there on 1 November 2024. Upon purchasing my car, it had almost a quart excess of oil in the car. That could cause a catastrophic failure. That alone is gross incompetence if not willful negligence. I still haven't gotten my vehicle registered in my state of residence nor has anyone answered any questions concerning sending new temporary tags. My temporary tags expired on 31 December 2024. I would never purchase, service or have anything done with such an unprofessional business. This place is a nightmare, and they should be ashamed and criminally investigated. More

Made an appt for A13 service a month in advance, told them we would need a loaner and were assured that request would be granted. The appt was on Nov. 21st at 9:30 am. That morning we prepared to take the car over to AutoNation Acura, about 10 minutes before leaving my home we received a call that no loaner would be available. They told us that they would call when a loaner was returned and we could bring the car over for service. Are day was put on hold waiting for this call, call received about 100 pm and we headed to the dealership. when i arrived they tried to convince me to just hang around for an 1 1/2 hours for them to complete service. This would of put me right in the heart of rush hour traffic and I demanded the loaner as originally requested. So, we proceeded back to the dealership to pick up car at 700 pm to avoid traffic. The paperwork was available in the Sales department as the service folks had already departed for the day. When I got back home noticed the usual documents were not attached, specifically the Acura multipoint vehicle inspection checklist. I responded back to Sean, as he sent me the invoice that could be paid prior to arriving, after (7) requests via texts for this document, I still have not received it as of today Nov. 29th. I was provided many excuses, but this is Totally unacceptable!! I have been a customer of this facility for over 20 years, I just don't understand why they would go so far out of their way to aggravate a long term customer?? More
