We had an audio/radio glitch with our 2020 Acura RDX. While listening to the radio (FM), the station suddenly dropped off the air. While this has happened before, the station didn't return after about a While listening to the radio (FM), the station suddenly dropped off the air. While this has happened before, the station didn't return after about a minute. I then changed the station and all FM stations were just 'static'. I then tried an AM station; static. All AM stations were 'static'. I then attempted to try Sirus XM, but the ICON was not available on the screen. By this time I had arrived home and decided to wait until the next morning to troubleshoot the issue. The next morning I found that the FM and AM stations were working. I looked for the Sirus XM ICON and it still was not available. I reached out to the AutoNation Acura dealership and an appointment was set for me to bring the car. After careful examination by the professional mechanics, it was determined that an 'over-the-air' software update had happened while I was driving. The Sirus XM ICON was added to my main screen and everything is back as it should and was. The staff at AutoNation Acura continues to provide exemplary customer service to me personally and I expect all of their customer base. More

Took my 2008 in to Acura Auto Nation League City for routine service 9/16/23. Was greeted by Service Advisor Buoth Peung aka “Bud”. He sat down with me and went over a prepared list of the history of se routine service 9/16/23. Was greeted by Service Advisor Buoth Peung aka “Bud”. He sat down with me and went over a prepared list of the history of service and what’s needed to be done. I decided to not only get the routine service but get my brakes done also at Bud’s suggestion. I received virtual videos of other areas that needed attention and Bud kept me up to date on the status of my car. After completion I noticed a snap loose on the bra of my car. I tried to snap it back with no results. Bud saw me, came out and tried to help. He took my car back to the garage and fixed it. This young man is amazing. It’s a comfort coming to Acura knowing he will be there to help and advise me. Christene Anderson More
