The service representative (Matt) accurately took note of the issue I was experiencing with my transmission and he informed me of a minor recall and said it would also be resolved while my vehicle was in for the issue I was experiencing with my transmission and he informed me of a minor recall and said it would also be resolved while my vehicle was in for service. Matt called me towards the end of the day with a progress report and again the next morning to inform that my vehicle was ready to pick up in addition, he gave me a short yet detailed report from their complimentary vehicle inspection.
