He gives me an appointment of which I normally arrive before time and once I explain the issue he gives me an estimate of the ti in tune to my needs. Spent over $900 to replace a keyless entry system in my Acura. A week later my car alarm is still going off and I have to keep my car doors open so it doesn’t attract unwanted attention! I had plans for this weekend other than spending my Saturday at the League City Acura dealership…. Yet again! They used to offer a loaner car, but not any more since 2022, so if u have to get work done in your car, you are pretty much stuck until they are done. The TV in there show room lounge doesn’t allow for changing the channels, so u are also stuck watching whatever xx is on TV! I want to see how much more of my time and money they are going to try to squeeze out of me! I may never come back again! More
