Fredrick was very professional, approachable and courteous! He took the time to explain very detailed information on the vehicle my mother inquired about. I appreciated that. Let me state that I was very impressed. Knowledgeable and understanding to my mothers questions and concerns. It was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Fredrick Brown for your car shopping needs! More
Dealership is a major joke I brought my vehicle in for service only because of a recall that was mailed to me so I figured I'll get the oil change while I scheduled the recall, the service advisor explain service only because of a recall that was mailed to me so I figured I'll get the oil change while I scheduled the recall, the service advisor explained that they are a little behind schedule so it would be a few weeks before they would be able to take me in. I told no worries I work service in a dealership I understand so he scheduled me for 2 weeks later cool fast forward to the day before Im supposed to bring my vehicle in he sends a text message saying they need to reschedule....sir I do work and do have others things to do so I plan my days accordingly. So we go back and forward he ends up rescheduling me to two more weeks out which ends up being middle of August. The day of I bring my car in for the recall he explains the process which I'm already aware of and the time frame I understand that so two days later he sends another text saying the tech got the car broke down and did the mpi (multi point inspection) and also had some factory recommendations from Acura and also they noticed one of my tires had a leak...so I asked him did that patch tires because I was aware of the leak I marked it with tire chalk so I could get it took care of later he said "per Acura policy they are not allowed to patch tires". I said don't worry about I'll get it did later I also had tires coming and I'll let him know about the factory recommendations later...I guess I was to slow on thinking he text with a hurry up state of mindset from him and the tech I had to tell him don't worry about it because at this point your rushing me I understand your tech isn't getting the pay as if I was regular customer but since it's a recall (warranty work) it don't pay as much and his bay stall is blocked they wanted to get it in and out to just finish the job. So a day or so later another advisor text me late Friday evening stating that my advisor has to leave due to emergency and my vehicle was ready I'm like ok so Saturday I go to pick up my car I check the tires on the dash no low pressure light so I'm guessing they added air to it cool I'll go get it patch else were. I get to discount tire and explain to them what's going on and I was dropping it off I leave not even two minutes later discount calls me and says they cant fix the tire because the dealership put a temporary plug in it. I called I text I did everything no response from the dealer till days later and no help what so ever when I finally did get a response the advisor states that he asked the tech what happen with the tire the tech said he had to do an alignment on the vehicle so he had to plug it! Ok my thing is where was the communication at this point? Also if your company policy is you can't patch a tire why would you be able to plug? I contacted the advisor days later telling him how they going go about this situation because the plug is only temporary he says on the tech says the plug should hold till your tires come in....news flash my tires were on order a back order at that and my tire that was leaking was still in repairable condition before you guys plugged it so how is the dealership going to fix this he didn't respond days later the plug is starting to leak from me driving back and forward to work on it and they did a terrible job installing the plug I end up adding air every day to the tire sometimes two and three times a day that's two dollars for air every time I would never come back to this place nor recommend any of my peers come here they sell trash vehicles thats a whole other story I will definitely leave a review on later so people please stay away from here if possible More
