I needed an oil service. Their online system informed me I was not a repeat customer. This is the only place I've taken my MDX for 57,000 miles. So I not able to schedule online. I went to the dealership and Marcus Harnamji arranged for me to get the oil serviced in a very timely manner. I was really needing help but the online scheduling tool was keeping me from arranging for it. This dealership's service department has met my expectations every time I've used them and even though it seems a little too costly at times, I get what I pay for. More
