I always get great service for my 2013 RDX. This time, I had a troubling noise that was quickly diagnosed as a brake pad on one side worn to the bare metal while the other side was still quite good. I have had my vehicle in twice now to fix a problem with the sound system making a crackling noise that makes phone calls and listening to the stereo unusable.
