My car had a rare problem that happened while I was out. I drove in, they gave me a loaner and got my car in right away. It was fixed the next day. Mario in service was great , he gave me a last minute appointment on my wife's tlx for an oil change. The dealership shuttled us to a nearby restaurant while the car was getting serviced and picked us up appointment on my wife's tlx for an oil change.
