Went in for an oil change and software update. Everything start to finish was about an hour and that included washing my car. I’m from Michigan (winter Texan) and took my new MDX in for its first service. I was early but was able to be helped right away by Ronnie. Good man, and good communicator! He was very helpful and explained the multi point inspection in detail. Ronnie did not push things (like tire rotation), just asked if I wanted it done (I did. I rotate tires on regular basis. I’d been to another Acura dealer in Houston area in past, and I was not impressed. Been going to Auto Nation for a few years now, and will continue to when I’m in Houston area. I rated them as a four star (as opposed to a five) as I always feel we can be better! More

Great service in a frustrating time. Had a dead battery called Bud at approximately 11:00 and he gave me the number to call Acura Roadside assistance which was at my house in less than an hour! They got my called Bud at approximately 11:00 and he gave me the number to call Acura Roadside assistance which was at my house in less than an hour! They got my car up and running so I immediately drove to the dealership. Matthew helped me and I was on my way by 1:30. Thank you all for such great service!! More
