My appointment was at 1pm and I arrive a few minutes early and was immediately met by Matt who was very nice and professional. Ask questions and advise it would be about an hour wait for oil change and car wash. Right he was and will continue to use AutoNation Acura for all my service for my Acura. More
Does not pay off trade in vehicle in a timely manner, has too few staff for the volume of customers they get. Expect 5+ hour wait times for the finance staff, another 4+ hours for detailing the vehicle, and too few staff for the volume of customers they get. Slow service, slow to get into financing, slow to get vehicle serviced/detailed. Slow to payoff a trade-in, and Acura Financial and the dealership blame each other for fault of why the lease still isn't vehicle serviced/detailed. BUYER BEWARE. My old car hasn’t been paid off after trading it in weeks ago, additionally Acura Financial doesn’t show my lease in their system yet. Acura Financia My old car hasn’t been paid off after trading it in weeks ago, additionally Acura Financial doesn’t show my lease in their system yet. Acura Financial advised I call the dealership. I had to call six times to reach finance. They blame Acura financial for slow processing times. Acura Financial blames the dealership. Acura Financial says the dealership hasn’t technically received approved for my lease either. The finance department told me the same, so I asked if they wanted to give me back my car since it hasn’t been paid off and I don’t want late fees due to Acura’s tardiness. Absolutely frustrating experience, should’ve never even went to this dealership when it took eight hours just to lease a car only to have to come back the next day to sign. My Integra’s gas tank wasn’t even filled up completely after the detailing. All in all a terrible experience. Will absolutely not be getting a TLX in the future, will avoid Acura. More
I always receive excellent service at the dealership! I went in for my routine maintenance check and everything was smooth and easy, from scheduling an appointment to the car service itself. My service a I went in for my routine maintenance check and everything was smooth and easy, from scheduling an appointment to the car service itself. My sales lady (Cadice) was amazing! She was very informative and responsive. She was super friendly and made the entire sales process comfortable. The only negative about this dealershi She was very informative and responsive. She was super friendly and made the entire sales process comfortable. The only negative about this dealership (AutoNation Acura League City) was the finance woman. She was unbearably and unnecessarily rude to my sales lady in front of me and other other customers. This finance lady could've cost this dealership a sale. She definitely needs to be retrained and taught to not talk down to her coworkers as if they are beneath her. I did talk to the sales manager about this. He said that he would talk to her, hopefully he did. More
Difficult to get finance on the phone, paying off old car takes too many weeks, Acura Financial says ask the dealership for the payoff, the dealership says they don’t have it ask Acura in 1-2 weeks. Pleasant takes too many weeks, Acura Financial says ask the dealership for the payoff, the dealership says they don’t have it ask Acura in 1-2 weeks. Pleasant experience has become frustrating. If my old car has a late fee it’ll be Acura’s bill since they still haven’t paid it off. More
First time buying a vehicle and was really taken advantage of. Was told that my vehicle financing would include a 5-year warranty and replacement window and tires, I thought they sounded amazing I h advantage of. Was told that my vehicle financing would include a 5-year warranty and replacement window and tires, I thought they sounded amazing I had no idea how loans worked and what's included in financing and what they require. it was a used vehicle so I was under the impression that had to be included with the vehicle in order for it to be financed. While I was signing the paperwork the finance guy Jorge Martinez was just reading off what each page meant and I would sign. I believed him. I had no idea that there was a possibility of me being scammed. So here I am a little over a year of having my vehicle I tried to collect on the replacement tires that he told me were included with my purchase come to find out that was actually a paid warranty add-on that's basically useless for my car. My car comes with run flat tires and there is absolutely no way that I would ever need coverage for tire replacement for roadside hazards. Another add-on was the windshield replacement that I was actually charged for also. My vehicle that I was purchasing had a tire that would not hold air even though it was new and it also came with two cracks in the windshield so the way that Jorge made it sound is that they're basically giving me free tires and a free windshield because of those issues, didn't know any better. Another thing was the mechanical warranty that was told would be 5 years once again was under the impression that it was included with the car in order for my car to be financed. Not one time was I ever informed that these were all additional optional add-ons that I would be paying for that would be included in my financing price. My biggest concern was getting the lowest possible monthly payment that I could get. The original price on a car was a little over $18,000 I put down close to $5,000 ended up financing over 21,000 because of all of the b******* add-ons that I was unaware I was paying for. I asked him why the payment was so high considering I was putting so much down and he told me that it was because of my credit score and just fees and taxes and finance charges. I did not receive my contract that day because I had not paid my down payment yet however I was able to take my car home. Two days later I returned to pay the down payment and pick up my contract and was told that Jorge was not at work that day and that they would FedEx me my contract. I never received it in the mail I called multiple times and was given the runaround telling me that it should be there any day that it was already mailed and not to worry. I was also waiting on my license plates to be delivered to the dealership I was never called to be notified that they were in the store around 3 months after I purchased the vehicle I showed up to see if my plates had actually come in and if I could get my contract since I never received it. I received both the license plates and my contract that day. I never really thought to look over the contract considering I thought I knew everything that was in it from what Jorge was telling me while I was signing it. Jorge included close to $6,000 an add-ons to my purchase price without my knowledge. Which in return will cost me thousands of dollars in finance charges at the end of my loan for products and warranties that were completely useless to my situation and would have definitely declined had I been informed that they were optional add-ons at the time of purchase. It's sad that customers can be taken advantage of. I believe Jorge knew exactly what he was doing because he also included a $600 Gap coverage in case I had a total loss of my vehicle. The only reason I would need gap coverage for my vehicle is if I was upside down on my loan. He knew that by including close to 6,000 in add-ons that that would put me in a loan where I would definitely be owing more than what my car was worth. So he threw in the Gap coverage haha Gee Thanks! Horrible experience, untrustwor More
