WARNING! do NOT buy a used car from this AutoNation Acura. they tried to sell me a car that had major mechanical problems and refused to fix it. they did thei do NOT buy a used car from this AutoNation Acura. they tried to sell me a car that had major mechanical problems and refused to fix it. they did their “inspection” on the vehicle and said it was perfect, but I took it to a 3rd party and it had major problems. they told me to drop off the car where they had it for days and did not communicate with me and instead ignored my calls and e-mails. When i showed up asking for a status of my vehicle they told me that they would just give me a refund. my sales person Jonathon Schriever and the used car manager, (forgot his name) wouldn’t even speak with me when I went in. they sent a person that i’ve never met to do the talking. great customer service right ? very unprofessional and i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Do better Auto nation. More
