I recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership and it was because of the salesman I worked with by the name of Aric Wade that made my experience such a positive one! Aric is a very unique car salesman and I mean that in a good way! I was thoroughly impressed with Aric’s integrity. In addition, I was deeply touched by Aric’s genuine care and concern for my well being. Aric not only listened to my concerns regarding my need to stay within specific monthly expense guidelines for a car payment due to my limited disability income, he went far beyond the call of duty to make it happen! When we closed the deal, I was delighted that I was not going to exceed my monthly budget for a car payment. I was also so grateful it was Aric that I got to work with on the purchase of my vehicle! More importantly, I so greatly appreciated how in the moment Aric was with me and how profoundly respectful he was to me for the hours we talked on multiple occasions while I disclosed some personal information about my health issues and limited financial resources. Aric’s calm demeanor, warm personality and gentle style allowed for me to trust him effortlessly in regards to the dependability, quality and the great condition of the vehicle I purchased. Aric is also trustworthy in regards to financial matters as well. There was never a question in my mind that Aric was trying to take advantage of me or rip me off! From the first few moments of talking with him, I sensed how honest he was. I immediately felt a noticeable peace with him. I appreciated him going to bat for me with the sales manager time after time when we were crunching the numbers. What an incredible asset Aric Wade is to Pikes Peak Acura! I had visited multiple dealerships and talked with numerous salesmen prior to arriving at this dealership and meeting Aric. It was truly because of Aric, my search for a vehicle came to an end! Aric always returned my phone calls and texts promptly, answered all of my questions, and resolved all of my concerns! Without any reservation, I have strongly recommended Aric to many of my friends and will continue to do so for as long as I live in the Springs! They lie~!!! they told us everything works fine in that car include the stereo system. but turned out the cd player is stuck and doesn't even respond. i reported as soon as possible to the sales. the sales said maybe they have't even get that inspected.That's really dangerous selling cars without full inspection. Then the sales want us to buy over $2000 extended warranty to get cd player fixed. but the truth is that extended warranty got nothing to do with the cd player, they just want us to pay more money but get nothing. we have called them over and over but never get responsed. Bought a used car and from the moment we got home the vehicle was falling apart. First the engine light...which they fixed the problem. After fighting with Brent the sales managers several times I finally decided to just take the car back. They were open to the exchange, but were definately trying hard to make money back. They had us running in circles and it seemed like you never actually got to talk to the person you needed to talk to. Oh, and forget about ever talking to the owner...it's almost like he doesn't even exist. More
The sales person was very friendly. He let us choose the car we wanted without pressure. However, It is the first time I have bought a car used or new, that the inside of the car was dirty - dirty straws i car we wanted without pressure. However, It is the first time I have bought a car used or new, that the inside of the car was dirty - dirty straws in the floor, crumbs and sticky junk in the cup holders and that I didn't drive away with a full tank of gas. The worst part however, was the financing. We were told it would be "around $1200" for a 3 yr extended warranty. It was late on a Saturday. The contract said there were 30 days to cancel it - so we went ahead and took it. My husband and I discussed this out loud in front of the finance officer. But he kept his mouth shut. Two days later when we tried to cancel the contract - the price was $2400 not $1200 - we were told that in fine print at the bottom of the contract it said that Colorado was excluded from the 30 days exemption. This was a thoroughly shady deal all the way around. We are now not surprised that we are having a hard time getting them to repair the CD player - which was also written into the contract. From our experience, this is one of the companies who gives used car dealers their bad reputations. More

The sales rep. that I dealt with (Timothy) was absolutely a perfect 5. He did a great job on dealing with the pricing and our family is very satisfied with the car itself as well as the service provided down a perfect 5. Being a female as well as with the negative reputation that car dealers have, I was extremely apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle by myself. While, shopping at other dealerships, I ran into a large that car dealers have, I was extremely apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle by myself. While, shopping at other dealerships, I ran into a large number of sales people that completely validated my apprehension. However, I was pleasantly surprised while working with Timothy Cochran at Pike's Peak Acura. If possible, I will always purchase all future vehicles through him and will highly recommend him to any friends looking to purchase a vehicle. My experience is as follows: I was extremely upside down on my lease of a Nissan Pathfinder and was interested in purchasing a Nissan Maxima that they had on the lot. From the first minute I met Timothy, he never gave me a sales pitch or influenced me in any direction. He knew that I had done my research and was an educated consumer so he didn't try to mislead me in any way. The bottom line is that I realistically couldn't afford a Maxima, given my upside down lease situation. Truthfully, Timothy probably could have easily convinced me to purchase the Maxima, which I clearly couldn't afford, in order to get a higher sales commission. Most sales people would have pushed me into a high payment with no regard toward my financial needs. However, he leveled with me and told me based upon my financial requirements, I really couldn't afford it and he'd show me cars in my price range. In the car business, time is money yet he spent 3 late nights letting me drive practically every car on the lot (I knew the test drive route by heart) and never got frustrated with me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. He really took his time to get to know what my needs were as a customer so that he could be the one to find the car that I wanted. On the 4th night, Timothy found a beautiful '03 Honda Accord that exceeded all of my requirements, needs and wants! During negotiations, I truly felt that he was on my side! I know it sounds naive but its absolutely true. I ended up getting a fantastic deal! It's been several weeks since I've purchased my Accord and Timothy still follows up in regard to making sure that all of the stipulations of the deal are met. He didn't just drop me as a customer the minute I signed the papers and drove off the lot. Timothy didn't act like a stereotypical car salesman... he truly EARNED my business from start to finish and I'd highly recommend anyone to go to Pike's Peak Acura and ask for Timothy. In my opinion, you'd be stupid to buy a car from anyone else! More
I had outgrown my 1997 civic so I went out searching for something bigger. I had the Honda Accord in mind ahead of time and test drove it and felt very pressured at that dealership so decided to head up to something bigger. He was very informitive and really knew what he was talking about. I felt no pressure and went home that day to think about it. after doing more reasearch I was back up to Pikes Peak Acura the next weekend and purchaced my TSX. I'm super happy with the car and not only did I get a great deal I got great survice. I highly reccomend Pikes Peak Acura and Timmothy Cochran. More

Andrew Fish and Francesco Crisafulli were great! They really worked with me to get me in my TSX at a cost that I truly felt comfortable with and without all the haggling! Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had and I would definitely send everyone I know to see these guys!! More
