Brought the car into Acura to fix the Navigation system. While they had the car, they told my wife the rear brakes were "Dangerously Low". I brought the car into our local mechanic and told him to replace While they had the car, they told my wife the rear brakes were "Dangerously Low". He called me back a few hours later and told me the rear brakes were still in good shape and not yet ready to be replaced. I called the General Manager a few times. Once he answered the phone. I told him I had a complaint about his service department. He said he was too busy to talk with me but would call me back in 20 minutes. He never called back. More

I fell victim to the classic "bait and switch." I found a vehicle they advertised on the internet for an excellent price, called, confirmed its availability, was told it was so cheap was because i I found a vehicle they advertised on the internet for an excellent price, called, confirmed its availability, was told it was so cheap was because it had been sitting on their lot for so long, made an appointment to go down, and while I was driving from Denver to Colorado Springs for my appointment, I received a call and was told I would need to put down a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price to hold this car I have never even seen. Needless to say, I did not provide this non-refundable deposit, and when I arrived the car suprisingly "had just been sold." ...But they had this much more expensive car still available. I will NEVER do business with them again, and all I can say to warn others is BUYER BEWARE.... More
