My recent experience with Pikes Peak Acura was definitely not a pleasant one. For one, my salesman Mike Prebbles was probably the worst salesman at this particular dealership. It was very obvious that all not a pleasant one. For one, my salesman Mike Prebbles was probably the worst salesman at this particular dealership. It was very obvious that all he cared about was making money and not the happiness of his customers. He was very sneaky, deceitful, and when asking him a question sometimes the same question, he would never give a straight answer. When it came to negotiating the price and purchasing the vehicle Mr. Prebbles conveniently slipped in additional cost which when confronted about he lied and would say "Thats what we agreed on" which was completely false! This man should be removed the auto sales industry immediately as his actions and lies greatly dented Pikes Peak Acura. Acura is a great name in the automobile industry, but Pikes Peak Acura has a lot to learn if they want to keep customers coming back, ESPECIALLY MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS! A little advice to Pikes Peak Acura, weed out the crooked salesman and you will experience more frequent sales. More

I know I should have walked away from this transaction. But I have to share this story with those who are thinking of looking for a used car and who are thinking of going to Pikes Peak Acura Used Car Sales But I have to share this story with those who are thinking of looking for a used car and who are thinking of going to Pikes Peak Acura Used Car Sales in Colorado Springs. It started off with not being able to test drive the vehicle. They finally cave and we drive it. We are not allowed to "hot Rod" it (STi). And we are not allowed to take it on the highway or at high speeds. (later you will find out why) POOR! While purchasing the vehicle numerous times they tried to not pay off the our trade in and hide inside our payment. Finally I felt comfortable about the price and signed away. POOR We take the car home which is highway all way for about 75 miles. We are getting used to the way the car handles... it is a 09'. Getting used to riding in a lower car and the road noise. The STi's are known for road noise. We get it home... Take people for test rides. Then we realize there is a road noise that doesn't sound right. My father a mechanic takes it for a spin. Says there is something that ain't right lets look at it. He looks and notices that it is has a BENT AXEL. It is Sunday I can't call the dealer. I call John the salesman on Monday. He says oh no way it can't be. Have it checked by a shop and call me back. Meanwhile we get it confirmed it is a bent axle and Subaru will not pay for it because it must be driver error and not a part that failed. Call John. Now I will skip the hours and hours of screaming and yelling on the phone. But basically All John would do is reimburse for half and that's it. This isn't right. They didn't disclose this info when the car was sold. Couple days go by and we get a hold of Lief head of Pikes Peak Sales at the new lot. He agrees this is a huge mistake and agrees to fix the car free of cost and give a loaner.... GREAT. Even though it is a pain in the you know what! We take the car... it takes 10 days to fix. We take it for a drive. Nothing is wrong. They also had to replace A BENT RIM, BENT AXLE, AND WHEEL HUB!. We take the car home. It sits for a day in the garage then we notice it is leaking oil from near the axle they replaced... We jack it up and see that the axle isn't even in all the way!!! What a HUGE safety hazard!! We drove that car on the highway at near 80 mph for 70 some miles!! We decided it was best we fix it ourselves because we are officially done dealing with Pikes Peak Acura. Please please please do not use this dealer!!!!!!!! It is for your safety!!!! More

We went in after hours looking around. Even though they were closed. Harlan came over and asked if he could help nicely with no pressure.We did not think we could afford the car but after a test drive and were closed. We were comfortable with the payments agreed to everything. By now it was 10:30 p.m. Scotty in finance waited happily got us gap and warranty at a good rate. We love our Trailblazer ss it was exactly what we wanted. The guys stayed late never complained and made the whole fun for us and our family. I would recommend Pikes Peak Acura to anyone. More

The salesman was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. The manager was interested and helpful. The vehicles we test drove were very impressive.
