I was charged just under $1000 and never received the receipt or invoice. I have called 6 different times and have spoken to 3 different people and they still can't give me my invoice. I want to see what my charges were and for what! I think there is some fraud going on here. More

Great experience before, during and after the sale My car buying experience started off like that of many other people. I had just started looking and wasn't even sure that I was actually ready to purc My car buying experience started off like that of many other people. I had just started looking and wasn't even sure that I was actually ready to purchase. I had requested to test drive an ILX online. Jose took the time to get to know a little about me and told me about the many features of the ILX and the Acura vehicle line. I knew that I wanted to take some time to think about the car and I had some other test drive appointments scheduled over the next few days. Jose said he understood about needing some time and even encouraged me to drive other vehicles. He asked if I could take a moment to meet one of his managers. I have to admit that at this point I said to myself "here we go, the manager comes out and tries to put the squeeze on". Steve, the used car sales manager, briefly introduced himself and asked a few questions about what I was looking for. I told him I wasn't sure I was actually in the market, that I was just beginning to look. I let him know that I was commuting from Denver in a front wheel drive Explorer, down I25 in the middle of winter. During the conversation, I told him I had a young daughter that was frequently in the car with me for long distances. He reached out to me the next day and said he had found a car he thought would be perfect and he invited me to come down and drive an AWD TL. He actually took the time to hear the things that were important to me and he and Jose worked to get me into a vehicle that filled all of my needs. Fast forward a few months when I had dropped the vehicle off for service. It was my daughters birthday and when I came back to get my car, Steve, Jose and the rest of the sales team had filled the vehicle TO THE BRIM with balloons. On a Saturday, the busiest day for a dealership, they took time to do something completely unexpected for us. Before this process, I DREADED the process of having to buy a vehicle. Steve and Jose made this one of the best experiences I've ever had. They continue to go above and beyond to exemplify top notch customer service and as a result, they have a customer for life!!! More
Great Dealer With Awesome People Went in to trade in my car to get a truck. Although I didn't end up doing it, I worked with Jay while I was there and he did everything he could to ma Went in to trade in my car to get a truck. Although I didn't end up doing it, I worked with Jay while I was there and he did everything he could to make it happen. The only reason I didn't do it was because I didn't realize how much more a truck payment is than a car payment. Even still Jay took the time to try to figure everything out for me and was very polite, and patient. He wasn't pushy or trying to get me to do something I didn't want to. I had a great experience and when I get my raise I'll be back to get a truck from him. Hands down one of the best sales persons I've dealt with. and a good dealership to do business with More

Manipulation and shady business I will just say that when the salesman tells you on a test drive they have issues with people returning the car when financing falls through beware. Thankfully I refused delivery because they tried yo-yo financing with me. It is illegal to make practice of this and it has been reported. STAY AWAY. plenty of other deslerships on Motor way to deal with. More
Truth in Lending? I think NOT. Scoundrels, thieves and bulli Last Wednesday we signed documents to obtain a used Acura and put $5000 down toward the car. Given the cracked windshield and the fact that it was eve Last Wednesday we signed documents to obtain a used Acura and put $5000 down toward the car. Given the cracked windshield and the fact that it was evening, we didn't take possession. They told us the windshield could be done by Friday or Saturday so I could pick it up. On Friday, we got a call that they couldn't get our terms we agreed to and we would have to resign docs. My husband and I were both financing the car and he was able to go up but I could not. He called me later and told me the new terms which were not acceptable to me. We told them we no longer wanted the car. They told us we had to talk to Steve, one of the managers. Saturday morning we went to talk to Steve and told him terms were not acceptable and we wanted to move on and would like return of our deposit. He basically told us that we had to buy the car. We asked him to see the new paperwork. He told us they were at the main office just up the hill. Needless to say, the conversation got heated and I threatened to call our attorney. He told us "go ahead. Have your (expletive) attorney call on Monday". My husband and I went up to the other office and were standing by door waiting for the manager when our salesman walked in, looked at us, grabbed OUR paperwork, and then left. When we met with the manager at the top, he said that the paperwork was now down at the first office we had just come from. After a long conversation, the manager asked if we would give him a few minutes, which we did. Then he returned with a report from a lender that had yet another set of numbers. At that point I said I don't trust a thing they put in front of me and would just like released with return of deposit. He said my husband should come back Monday at 10:30 when his business office could confirm that they received the money so he could refund it (even though we showed him the transaction on our statement). Today, Monday, my husband did as instructed and in good faith, yet again. Needless to say, they still refused to release our money. They said they were able to reach our original terms. AGAIN my husband asked to see the paperwork and was told no. He asked to know who lender was and was told NO. Additionally, he was harangued by the owner today. Basically, through our OWN investigation, we were able to figure out the lender who my husband called. He was told he does NOT have to accept the loan given we are not in receipt of the car and never signed necessary paperwork. Meanwhile, they still have our $5,000.00. Complaints are in process with car board and our attorney but BEWARE!! More
