They will seriously try and low ball your trade by using what they can pay for vehicle like yours at auction. Then they will absolutely no move on the price of their vehicle expecting you to give in the price of your trade. Not looking to do honest business only make as much money as possible. More

The service department has exceeded our expectations on every visit and provided a very hospital waiting area. Because of their performance we made PPA one of our first visits when searching for a new car for my wife which brings us to my next topic on the sales process we experienced. The PPA sales representative we worked with was John Coats. Thorough, considerate, and complete integrity was reflected at every step of our pre-purchase and sale process. John addressed every item of our requirements eliminating repetitive, unproductive steps while staying within our budget. During our test drive John directed our experience on rough roads, interstate travel, and the different modes of vehicle stability and control. John's uncompromising efforts to meet our needs reflects the highest commitment to customer service. Given this auto purchase experience, I highly recommend John Coats as a vehicle purchase delegate at PPA. In summary, I highly recommend PPAs impeccable sales and service for exceeding your needs and expectations. More
Excellent Service I will start off by saying that Steven Villfan is an excellent car salesmen. He introduced himself to me and my wife, wanted to know about us, and the best way to meet our goal for finding me a car. He was very personable and also very knowledgeable on all the cars I was interested in. Steven was not pushy but very helpful in determining the right car for me. My wife and I are very thankful that we had Steven as our car salesmen!!! More
A/C Blown out 2018 Ram I’ll Start by saying Jon Parker is a great salesman and deserves five stars however, I’ve had the great pleasure of driving around in a 2018 Ram, in w I’ll Start by saying Jon Parker is a great salesman and deserves five stars however, I’ve had the great pleasure of driving around in a 2018 Ram, in which the A/C blew out just a couple of days after purchase. It has now been nearly two weeks of driving around in 90 degrees with no A/C! Pikes Peak Acura finance guy Jeff sets me up with their maintenance guys up at Colorado Springs Dodge..so I take a day off and drop my vehicle off at 0950 AM yesterday AND IT TOOK ME CALLING AT 1600 to hear anything back in which they tell me some xx about my truck being under Canadian Warranty and they can’t reach certain people at Pikes Peak Acura to discuss the details. I called Pikes Peak Acura myself and Jon is the only one I could get ahold of. He is literally the only reliable person there that I’ve talked to and always bending over backwards to pick up for everyone’s slack. Long story short I end up getting a ride from a friend to pick up my truck (45 minute drive)! SERVICE DEP IS NOW CLOSED! STILL NO A/C! PIKES PEAK ACURA (JEFF) STILL HASN'T RETURNED MY CALL OR TALKED TO TODD AT CO SPRINGS DODGE REGARDING THE WARRANTY. It’s funny how pushy everyone was being when buying the truck but now that I’ve been driving around in a hot xxx truck, I hear my vehicle is under Canadian warranty and can’t get a xxxx call back. Thanks, Pikes Peak Acura..I’ll gladly delete this review when I get taken care of. Sincerely, A Fed Up Customer More
“The deposit holds the price NOT the car.” A Cautionary Warning to any person thinking of buying a car from Pikes Peak Acura. This is for anyone who is looking at a car from Pikes Peak but e A Cautionary Warning to any person thinking of buying a car from Pikes Peak Acura. This is for anyone who is looking at a car from Pikes Peak but especially someone shopping on the internet. Don’t do it. I found a Volvo shopping on Autotrader that was listed by Pikes Peak. A salesman contacted me and, after some back and forth, I agreed to pay $16,500. This was 200 less than the listed “E-Price”. I gave the salesman my credit card over the phone with the understanding of a 1000.00 deposit and started the 5 ½ hour drive to the dealership (I live just south of Santa Fe). A little more than 100 miles into my trip I received a call from a “Manager” named Leif saying he was sorry but the car had just sold. I was stunned, and said I was already 100 miles from home and I had put down a deposit. He said another customer had come in (after they accepted my deposit) and was signing papers on my car. My response was, “well stop them because I had put down money on the car.” He was silent and then said he would call me back in a few minutes. I pulled to the side of the highway and waited. Five minutes later I received a call from another manager. He also said “sorry” there is nothing I can do. I asked about internet customers and the deposit. His reply was, “The deposit holds the price NOT the car.” I would encourage anyone shopping online to consider that response. You may think you have an agreement, you many even put money down, but that doesn’t mean anything to this business. I can only surmise that someone came in after me and offered a few hundred dollars more. If you are thinking about doing business with Pikes Peak, realize their honesty and professional integrity is nonexistent. If you are a manager at Pikes Peak, know I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Board/Commission that oversees dealerships in Colorado. More

Everything went great for the first 30 days. 32 days after purchase, however, the vehicle that I had purchased would not start. I was told that I would be responsible for the tow to get this vehicle back to the dealership so that I could drop it off for the service department. The representative on the phone (Mike) had told me he suspected it was a battery issue. This would also become my cost. And I would have to drop it off and find my way back there after it was fixed. This is not something you would expect from a vehicle that was "inspected" prior to going on the market. If you're looking for a dealership to buy a "lemon car" that you are going to have to sink money into.... Then this is the place for you! if you are looking for a place to not have to worry about the car you've purchased and spent a lot of earned money.... THEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I have reported them to the better business bureau as well as every single website or application that recommends cars for sale... On a scale of 1 to 10 I can't even recommend them a 1. More
