Stay away bad lying internet sales manager but great salesman. Most dealers get a bad wrap and probably deserve it but this place tops them all. Stay clear. salesman. Most dealers get a bad wrap and probably deserve it but this place tops them all. Stay clear. More
Very disappointing. Cleared afternoon to drive 90 minutes to dealership, to then be told the vehicle is not available for test drive, per store policy. I worked with Wess Considine and even though the vehicle I saw on the website was not available, Wess listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and budget and worked with me to find an amazing SUV! The atmosp I saw on the website was not available, Wess listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and budget and worked with me to find an amazing SUV! The atmosphere was clean, friendly, incredibly helpful in every department from management, to Wess' expertise, to the incredibly kind finance department. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I see why Pikes Peak Acura has a 2.6 rating. There was young man that wanted to sell me a vehicle. I gave him my range 20k. I gave him two makes Toyota and Chevy. He finds a vehicle that matches for 23k. young man that wanted to sell me a vehicle. I gave him my range 20k. I gave him two makes Toyota and Chevy. He finds a vehicle that matches for 23k. By the way this young man happened to be the "Sales Manager" and he was training another young man. I mentioned to him "please just give me the bottom line number, off the lot". So he returns with the number 26k ! 1. Psychology of sales rule 1.: it's always better to come down in price, makes the customer "feel" like he got a good deal. Hot shot Mr. Salesmanager went up 3k. Sales rule 2. Don't get pissed off at the customer when doesn't go for the "deal" you offered... When I wrote him my number which was within 1k of the number I originally shared with him he appeared agitated and immediately showed me the door like I was a bum or criminal. No negotiation, no second option, no alternatives. I think because I drove an old truck, was a little bit rough looking that he thought I wasn't serious. Well that was a bad experience for me and he's the one that "engineered it". The sad thing is that his "trainee" got some bad training out of that scenario maybe he learned what "not" to do. Needless to say I won't be coming back and I hope that people who read this won't have to endure what di d. More
My experience was a small bit of luck and a great deal of great service, patience, and just the right amount of professionalism and human kindness. The lucky part was seeing the perfect vehicle with all of t great service, patience, and just the right amount of professionalism and human kindness. The lucky part was seeing the perfect vehicle with all of the features I needed and wanted. Austin was exemplary throughout the entire process. I needed to put my dream truck on hold for a week for a family obligation. The amount of patience I received was not only helpful, but it helped finalize my decision to work with this man. Austin did a perfect job making the deal and came through with "ALL" of the promises made promptly. What I needed seemed minor to me, but getting them done took quite a bit of work from Austin. Donovan picked up where he left off and made sure my new truck was delivered in better than showroom condition. Although this was a used Power Wagon (18), it looked brand new. If you see a vehicle at Pikes Peak Acura used cars, talk to Donovan, he will treat you like family. More

Sales Honesty Lacking Bought a vehicle from sales(Used) and it was indicated that there was second key. Turns out there wasn't. Now the salesperson denies that it ever Bought a vehicle from sales(Used) and it was indicated that there was second key. Turns out there wasn't. Now the salesperson denies that it ever was indicated. Possible communication issue...Sure....Would they attempt to resolve with the customer....Not even........But what they did do was reenforce the sterotype of auto sales people. More
Used Car Lot Be very careful when dealing with the used car lot. They will seriously try and low ball your trade by using what they can pay for vehicle like yours Be very careful when dealing with the used car lot. They will seriously try and low ball your trade by using what they can pay for vehicle like yours at auction. Then they will absolutely no move on the price of their vehicle expecting you to give in the price of your trade. Not looking to do honest business only make as much money as possible. More
Service department misdiagnosed $2500 worth of parts and labor then wanted $2800 more to try to fix the original problem on our MDX. Pikes Peak Acura Service and Sales For about 10 years we have had our Lexus serviced by Pikes Peak Acura (PPA). The service department has exceeded our expectations on every visit and For about 10 years we have had our Lexus serviced by Pikes Peak Acura (PPA). The service department has exceeded our expectations on every visit and provided a very hospital waiting area. Because of their performance we made PPA one of our first visits when searching for a new car for my wife which brings us to my next topic on the sales process we experienced. The PPA sales representative we worked with was John Coats. Thorough, considerate, and complete integrity was reflected at every step of our pre-purchase and sale process. John addressed every item of our requirements eliminating repetitive, unproductive steps while staying within our budget. During our test drive John directed our experience on rough roads, interstate travel, and the different modes of vehicle stability and control. John's uncompromising efforts to meet our needs reflects the highest commitment to customer service. Given this auto purchase experience, I highly recommend John Coats as a vehicle purchase delegate at PPA. In summary, I highly recommend PPAs impeccable sales and service for exceeding your needs and expectations. More
