Weird experience because the “deal” seemed antiquated as our salesperson (very nice) had to speak with his manager and at no time did we meet this person. If the manager would’ve met us, we would’ve felt mo our salesperson (very nice) had to speak with his manager and at no time did we meet this person. If the manager would’ve met us, we would’ve felt more at ease with the purchase. It would’ve also been a great customer service opportunity for the sales manager to go out and meet potential buyers-missed opportunity. The car we selected had a recall issue and we were not told if this issue was taken care of, only that they thought it was. Also didn’t check or ask about a spare but don’t know if that is provided anymore. More

Originally felt pretty satisfied. Now months after trying to get help to pay out my warranties my credit has been destroyed all because of hail damage and people not doing their jobs. Now months after trying to get help to pay out my warranties my credit has been destroyed all because of hail damage and people not doing their jobs. I have been down to autonation acura several times. I have spoke to finance more times than I can count being told that the situation has been taken care of with zero resolution. I asked if I could have the contact information for the warranties so I could speak to someone myself and was told they have no direct contact. So to go from a 700 credit score to a 540 all because of people not doing their jobs is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to find contact information for some sense of a manager with zero information also ridiculous. My car was totaled almost a year ago and no one can seem to resolve a simple payout. More
