I'd like to apologize to Liz for the last review, it was sent to the wrong email and should be deleted! Liz is great, very informative, helpful and just over all pleasure to deal with! (even after the terri sent to the wrong email and should be deleted! Liz is great, very informative, helpful and just over all pleasure to deal with! (even after the terrible review she thought I gave her, and that is awesome). In fact every person in the service department that I encountered was great. It was truly a pleasure taking my car in. You have a great crew!! All of my issues have been taken care of. My 1 and only partial complaint, is that you did not have a loaner car for me the 1st time it is hard to arrange a ride when you don't know how long you need to stick around for, and coming from Cripple Creek! But, I also understand things happen, not the end if the world!! Again Liz was great and deserves a pat on the back and an apology if I could I'd give her a raise!! Happy new year to you all. More

Customer service was great, said they washed my car and never did. I asked if I was getting full synthetic and they said yes, paperwork said it was the bueno. Very unprofessional dealership, if you can picture typical used car dealer they hold the worst standard possible. Had issues the first month of ownership with one of their vehicles and was told they h typical used car dealer they hold the worst standard possible. Will never do business with them again and if there staff stays the same I'd consider going elsewhere for your next purchase. More

Service department sucks! Took my RDX in under warranty for clunking noise in front end. They tell me I need struts. I had to come back after they received parts and waited fo Took my RDX in under warranty for clunking noise in front end. They tell me I need struts. I had to come back after they received parts and waited for nearly 4 hours while they tell me they replaced the struts and didn't take care of the noise. They inspected the front end and found nothing wrong with ball joints or anything else. They printed an invoice showing they had replaced the struts. The noise continued. I finally took it to my mechanic and he had to replace the struts, sway bar bushings and rack and pinion bushing. This took care of the problem. These mechanics at Pikes Peak Acura are scammers and frauds. i wouldn't trust them to change my oil or add windshield washing fluid. I would never go to them for service! More
