Getting my oil changed last week the technician shows me “cement” that’s apparently under my vehicle as if the back half has been dipped in concrete. Either the techs are inaccurate or the dealership sold me the vehicle in this condition which would be an even bigger issue. I left in tears. More
I scheduled a test drive for the only car that I wanted in a 150 mile radius. They assured me that I was the only one able to purchase the car. 'Had a 7:00AM service appointment. It was 7:15 before a 'Parts Guy' opened the service door. Not one service advisor was around until about 8:30. He was overwhelmed because he was by himself (did his best). It took 15 minutes to chase down the only cashier to check me out. Your dealership has REAL PROBLEMS. There were no managers to be found! I was nervous when the dealership/service center changed hands, but things had already dramatically changed since my purchase in 2019--as everywhere. My service appointment was great, and AJ is still there hands, but things had already dramatically changed since my purchase in 2019--as everywhere. My service appointment was great, and AJ is still there to care for my car, so I am happy about that. It is important to me that I have Acura certified service on my car. There seem to be fewer employees in the building, but I find the same everywhere. There was always someone available who could answer my question or go to get another person who could. I was kept well informed all through the appointment, and there were hot and cold beverages and even snacks while I waited. I'll go back! More
