The waiting room was very comfortable and the atmosphere was stress free. My vehicle is a GMC. I knew that there was a possibility that they would not be equipped to handle this type of vehicle. Which Todd informed me of at our introduction. He said that they would not be able to do certain things because they did not have the equipment. But they would run a diagnostic and see where we stood. And he informed me up front what the fee would be. As they worked Todd would keep me informed. In the end the issue was not resolved because it did not reappear while we were there. Todd gave me some places that I could go where they would have the equipment to handle my vehicle. Although I didn't get the results that I wanted it was a very good experience. The customer service was awesome. More

He informed of a recall on my car which I was not aware of at the time, however we could not get it corrected due to them finding my battery to be a little weak. Great service advisors and technicians that go above and beyond to communicate clearly and make sure that everything on your vehicle is performing as it should be and to your expectations. The service mana beyond to communicate clearly and make sure that everything on your vehicle is performing as it should be and to your expectations. The service manager and parts department were extremely helpful in helping me find some backordered parts that I needed. I have always had a five star experience all the way around when I've brought my vehicle here for service or routine maintenance. So, if you ever need your Acura or any vehicle for that matter serviced I would highly recommend AutoNation Acura. More
Really enjoyed the lack of professionalism my wife and I experienced from George Hernandez and Jim Williamson today. After searching carfax, we found an MDX we were ready to purchase. We contacted the deal experienced from George Hernandez and Jim Williamson today. After searching carfax, we found an MDX we were ready to purchase. We contacted the dealership to verify it was still available. We live in Parker. George confirmed it was available and texted us pictures of the vehicle. We told him we were driving down and would like to test drive and purchase the vehicle. As we pull into Colorado Springs, George calls my wife and tells her they have sold the vehicle. Since my wife is clearly upset, George has Jim call my wife. Jim proceeds to tell her it is company policy not to hold cars for customers. I find this interesting since we were already in the process of working with George on this car. After purchasing two vehicles from Autonation (Toyota Arapahoe), this is how you treat your customers? Autonation - you have lost a customer with this lack of professionalism. More
