The switch from Pikes Peak Acura to Auto Nation Acura has been very smooth! My appointment for my MDX servicing went very well thanks to Sky who attended to every detail. Sky, my service advisor, was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs and inquiries throughout the whole day (and after) they had my Acura TL. I'm a bit OCD about my cars and she did a great job responsive to my needs and inquiries throughout the whole day (and after) they had my Acura TL. I'm a bit OCD about my cars and she did a great job keeping me informed, asking probing questions and addressing my questions. When she couldn't address something, she elevated it to her service manager, Bill, who was helpful, informative and responsive, as well. I gave them a tough task finding a part for my older car and he put a herculean effort into getting it. This was a litmus test for whether I'd be back. No up-sell. Just the facts, recommendations, action and competitive pricing. This new ownership has kept the standard of service to which I've been accustomed from the previous one (Pikes Peak Acura) for the past twenty years. I'll be back. More

When I entered the building it had a comfortable vibe. I was greeted right away and offered assistance in relocating my vehicle. Todd assisted me from start to finish. The waiting room was very comfortable and the atmosphere was stress free. My vehicle is a GMC. I knew that there was a possibility that they would not be equipped to handle this type of vehicle. Which Todd informed me of at our introduction. He said that they would not be able to do certain things because they did not have the equipment. But they would run a diagnostic and see where we stood. And he informed me up front what the fee would be. As they worked Todd would keep me informed. In the end the issue was not resolved because it did not reappear while we were there. Todd gave me some places that I could go where they would have the equipment to handle my vehicle. Although I didn't get the results that I wanted it was a very good experience. The customer service was awesome. More
