Purchasing a somewhat premium brand like Acura typically raises expectations of receiving premium service. Regrettably, my recent experiences here have consistently fallen far short of this standard. Acu raises expectations of receiving premium service. Regrettably, my recent experiences here have consistently fallen far short of this standard. Acura offers a promise of 2 years or 24,000 miles of complimentary maintenance. During my first four visits, which were routine oil changes and tire rotations covered under this policy, I arrived promptly for my scheduled appointments. However, each time, I found myself waiting for hours on end in their nearly empty dealership. It's baffling how an establishment with an abundance of employees—unhindered by helping other customers—could fail to provide even basic communication about why a simple oil change and tire rotation consistently takes at least three hours. The lack of urgency and customer care was astonishing. Throughout my visits, there was no sincere acknowledgment of my frustratingly long wait times, nor were there any proactive updates on the status of my vehicle. The indifference displayed by the staff was deeply disappointing, especially given the premium reputation of the Acura brand they represent. Even if the maintenance had continued to be complimentary, I would be reluctant to return. For anyone considering where to have their Acura serviced, I strongly urge looking elsewhere. The inability to provide timely service or communicate effectively represents the epitome of overpromising and underdelivering. I suggest going to Groove Honda. Service department is run to perfection. More
