We were very pleased with our experience at AutoMax in Marlborough. We didn't know anyone who had purchased a car from there but they had a great price on a car that we really wanted. After expressing interest in the car, we test drove it, decided we wanted to buy it, traded in our car and drove off with our new one all within about 2.5 hours. The team (including our sales rep, Chris, and Giancarlo, the person who set up our financing) made the process easy and seamless. Everyone was friendly and we were extremely happy with our experience. By far the best car dealership experience that we've had. Thank you!!!! More

Blake was great, showed me the car I wanted, was upfront and honest and didn't play any games. Gave me his contact info and was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had even if they were no and honest and didn't play any games.
