Chris gave us lots of time to explore the lot and test drive several vehicles as we began our research for a (new to us) car. But when it came down to starting to talk price, he was unwilling to negotiate drive several vehicles as we began our research for a (new to us) car. But when it came down to starting to talk price, he was unwilling to negotiate and kept insisting that their prices were the best (when a quick Google search told us otherwise). It was disappointing and once he seemed to realize he wasn't going to get us to buy full price, he was politely dismissive. I overall recommend the dealership because they let you take your time, but in terms of negotiating I would be prepared to be politely rebuffed. More
