My experience was just ok. I wanted to believe the things they said, but they over promised and under delivered. They spoke as if what they said was true. In other words, they would tell you things that were completely believable until sometime later when they were proven untrue. That said, they did fix one of things on the car that I asked them to fix before I actually gave the down payment, so extra points for that, but any paperwork after the deal was done took FOREVER (plates, registration, loan set up) and I had to be on them about it every day. I’m not sure if they have too many clients to be able to provide good service or if they just conduct business that way. More
