Don was truthful upfront about the situation with the car, he had another potential buyer and it was mine if i wanted it. The other buyer showed up while we were closing the deal. The 110 point check assured there were no issues with the vehicle. I've had it now for about 3 weeks and no issues or problems have been found. I usually can find something with any car, but they made sure I didn't. Overall it was a pleasurable experience dealing with Don, Chris and the office staff. Keep up the great work guys !! More

The zero haggle policy is fantastic - we knew exactly what the car cost, and were given all the time in the world to consider our options; and when we had questions, Chris was incredibly attentive and thoroughly set our minds at ease. If you want an excelllent car buying experience, you need to see Chris. We purchased a 2006 Nissan Quest, and it was exactly as advertised - excellent condition, low miles, clean, just perfect. The financing was a breeze, and Al was a real pleasure to work with. We were in and out of Automax (on a Sunday even!)in no time whatsoever. The service department got the Quest road ready in no time, and it was truly a credit to Automax that the mechanics came out multiple times to explain what they were doing and why - it is very nice to be taken care of by people who take pride in their work. I had to go through Framingham to complete paper work and finance, although I wish I could have taken care of that in Marlborough the finance guy Stu Sterling was a great guy, worked with me, helped me get the car for the price I could afford, and after researching this particular car I know I got a good price!I went back once with a license plate bulb out and Chris got me right in to the service guys, who were also very nice, and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Overall great experience buying a car. More
