When I began my car search I preferred to do most of negotiating and search on line. Chris Trombley was extremely responsive to all of my questions and e-mails (and they were numerous). When we went in to test drive a car his customer service was excellent. He did not kill us with a sales pitch and allowed us to really understand what we were buying and dealing with. Chris and Stuart worked very closely with us on the financing and were able to get us squared away where we needed to be. We have had a couple of issues with the car following the purchase but they have been quick to attend to them without any push back. They truly stand behind their sales. I truly appreciate the no-pressure and no-haggle sales philosophy used at this dealership. Once we decided to make the purchase, we completed our transaction with their manager, Stu. His experience and attention to detail as well as his calm and informative demeanor was the icing on the cake. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of professionalism and the ease of the entire transaction. My car is great and I picked it up 3 days later in showroom condition. In addition, Paul was able to help me with a vehicle donation I was making to a local recycling yard and for that I am very grateful. The car is absolutely amazing and they were very quick and nice and even though I have terrible credit they were a amazing car for an amazing price.
