Almost 5 stars but skimped on the remote I traded in with 2 perfect key fobs and get one falling apart (lock button pushed in) and a card to someone that can replace at my charge. The sales man that attend at me and made my purchase a smooth transaction is named Chris. Purchasing a vehicle at this establishment was very easy and smooth. While I was turned down by many dealerships this place helped me purchase my 2014 Nissan Sentra which I love. Never thought I would get a newer car but Chris and his colleagues at Automax preowned made it happen. Will be purchasing my next vehicle in the future there and will recommend anyone there. More

Awesome! Everyone at Automax Marlborough is great. I had been in a couple weeks before and bought a car I loved and was definitely in my price range. Unfortuna Everyone at Automax Marlborough is great. I had been in a couple weeks before and bought a car I loved and was definitely in my price range. Unfortunately only a few weeks after buying it, I crashed it and needed to get a new one. Everyone at the dealership was so nice. They never judged me for totaling my brand new car, they were only concerned that I was ok. They helped me into a new (better) 2013 Nissan Sentra before my rental was up with my insurance. They're all such wonderful people in there. More

I test drove three different vehicles to know which one was comfortable to drive. Mike Hanley and there are a few Mikes in this place was so patient in getting each vehicle despite the snow from the parking lot so I can test drive each one. Kudos to this place. Highly recommended for best customer satisfaction and customer service. If I need to get another vehicle I will drive to this place even if it's far. No haggling with the price. More
