New car I spent hours visiting different dealerships and looking online for a car. I came across automax on google and went to their site. They had the cheape I spent hours visiting different dealerships and looking online for a car. I came across automax on google and went to their site. They had the cheapest cars! I saw a car and wanted to get it. Paul and Bruno helped me. They were incredibly kind and helpful. It was a bit of a process buying the car (because of my insurance). I waited a while and got hungry...I told Paul and he brought me food! I was shocked. He went above and beyond. Once my insurance did their part, automax was quick with everything else. Great cars and great service. I would recommend my friends and family here and would definitely come back if I needed to buy a car again. I can't thank them enough and I am so happy with my new car! 5 out of 5 stars for sure. More

Don't stop in unless your ready to buy ASAP Very poor experience. I called to setup a test drive and to look at a vehicle I was very Interested in purchasing. When I called I was told by the receptionist that they would text me directions and have the vehicle pulled up front for when I arrived. Neither happened. I arrived to the vehicle blocked in by another vehicle. When I came inside nobody had a clue who I was and that I had called (45 min earlier). I was then passed over to a salesman named Paul Dicarlo. He greeted me quickly then threw me the keys and told me to go "check it out". After looking at the vehicle for 10 min By myself I came back inside. Paul then showed me a car fax and made it a point that they "do not negotiate". And basically questioned my budget and what I could afford. Keep in mind I had never mentioned price. I was not offered a test drive nor any assistance or information on the vehicle. I then walked away. Little did they know I had a bank check for the full amount and was ready to purchase. I will move on to the next. More

I also did the math on the reviews and realize people tend to complain more than compliment. Automax has sold tens of thousands of cars and 100 negative reviews is just 100 peoples perceptions and expectations. My expectations tend to be high and Chris in Marlborough jumped through every hoop for me to make me happy. Bruno is the man with the details. He made an injured rim look like it came straight off of the assembly line. They also reconditioned the leather and I was completely surprised by the results. I told them it was a deal breaker if they couldn't recondition the seats and boy, like i said, i have high expectations, but they came through!! I love my " new to me " whip and I would go back in a heartbeat. More
