Fast and Easy! My husband and I were keeping our eyes out for a GMC Terrain or Acadia. I found a Terrain online and was 100% sure that was the car I was getting. I was in the process of rebuilding credit and Chris tried everything in his power to get us approved with payments in our price range. Unfortunately it wasn't possible with what we had to offer. The next morning he pointed us in the direction of a Nissan Rogue. I was convinced I would hate it but my husband told me to "just look at it". That same afternoon I went back to the dealer and test drive the Rogue. Let's just say, I am now driving a loaded 2014 Nissan Rogue and in love with it!!!!!! I instantly signed the papers and walked away with a smile! The sale was pain free and quick! I picked up my new car the next day (day 3) and do not regret a single second of it. I bought a car and had 4 HARD inquiries on my credit report from this dealership. I was very hesitant to sign until I knew I wanted the car because I didn't want my report run too many times. I called and left 2 messages asking her about this with NO response! I called again today and she said she "thought I knew" and that is what they usually do. I have bought 3 other cars from dealerships with my credit only run once each time. She never told me! I highly recommend asking her before signing anything!!!! Or better yet, go somewhere else (you'll be great full you did)! More

The whole buying process was very pleasant. Emily was especially helpful, answering all our questions and checking to make sure we were confident with our purchase. Car only had one key, but they offered to make the spare free of charge. When switching vehicles, I left my sunglasses in my previous car. They located it for me and have offered to post-mail it to my house. They ran several financing scenarios and were very helpful in working with us to choose the best option available for us. All in all, very good experience. More

He treated me like the customer, prepared the car I wanted to drive without question and was responsive but not condescending.
